Smart Urban Mobility Hub

Unleashing the Potential of Space and Efficiency
"Current Service, starting in 2025"

This is an Autonomous Mobility Infrastructure Stack. It illustrates a cascading capability ecosystem for commercial autonomous urban mobility, where foundational urban resources underpin intermediate operational functions, which in turn enable end‑user mobility services. Every tier relies on capabilities generated from the levels beneath it to bring real‑world autonomous operations to fruition.

Through our open‑caisson infrastructure approach, we connect today’s existing urban assets to the evolution of next‑generation mobility and commercial service delivery. Our bottom‑up supply‑and‑support model transforms broad city‑wide infrastructure into usable fleet‑scale operational capacity. This end‑to‑end framework delivers a scalable, practical pathway for advancing future transportation technology, aligning urban infrastructure investment with tangible, market‑ready mobility outcomes.

Our Project

The Hyperpark Guangzhou project is dedicated to maximizing the utilization efficiency of land resources in central urban areas through technological innovation, addressing the decades-long issue of insufficient parking space supply in communities, while also expanding urban park green spaces to enhance livability. Equipped with photovoltaic and distributed energy systems, the project provides high-power charging services for electric vehicles without increasing grid load, and is committed to achieving its long-term goal of carbon-neutral operations.

01.

Land Overview

Land size: 1,516 m².

Land use: Public green space with auxiliary facilities.

Land tenure: 50 years.

02.

Parking and Charging Key Facts

3 shafts, 305 total parking slots (300 underground), and 5 charging poles.

Future Development

After the completion of network, HyperPark will integrate Robo-taxi fleets and UAM economy application scenarios to iterate the urban new energy transportation ecosystem

Network Effect

Robo-Taxi Terminal Network

  • Avoid the high transformation cost of traditional garages.

  • When there is empty space, Robo-taxis can park nearby at any time and charge in a timely manner to reduce traffic load.

  • When receiving an order, dispatch nearby vehicles in the base station immediately to realize the tidal management of the fleet service

UAM Economy Terminal Network

  • Comprehensive Terminal Station: Concentrated parking, charging, and maintenance, serving as the starting   terminal station.

  • Stopping Station: Temporary parking and fast charging, enabling fast boarding and alighting at stations.
