VSM15000 Accepted for Yide Road Project
HyperPark and Herrenknecht (Guangzhou) Tunnel Equipment Co., Ltd. held the VSM15000 acceptance ceremony, marking the arrival of the key construction equipment for the Guangzhou Yide Road deep-shaft smart parking project and the final stage before full construction commencement. As the core technology enabling vertical, multi-layer urban land use, the Herrenknecht VSM allows safe, efficient, low-noise and low-emission shaft construction in extremely confined sites and complex geological conditions, with minimal impact on surrounding buildings and the environment. This capability aligns with Guangzhou’s strategy of “building downward” in dense urban cores and supports sustainable, intensive land development by breaking through the limitations of traditional two-dimensional land use.

Four Core Permits Issued
for Yide Road
The Yide Road deep-shaft smart parking hub received its four core permits—the Real Property Certificate (state-owned land use right), Construction Land Planning Permit, Construction Project Planning Permit, and Construction Permit—issued concurrently. This milestone confirms lawful, fully compliant construction and unified recognition from government authorities. Following the issuance, CEO Tan Li visited the site, presented a commemorative banner, and joined representatives of the permitting authorities, the HyperPark project team, construction partners, and our tunneling technology partner as well as shareholder, represented by Mr. Bernd Leuthner, Managing Director of Herrenknecht China for group photos.

HyperPark Secures Yide Road Site
the Yide Road deep-shaft smart parking project completed its public land transfer, with HyperPark officially awarded the site and moving into the substantive construction phase. With a total investment of RMB 130 million, the project will deliver an integrated public facility in the core of Yuexiu District, Guangzhou—combining automated underground parking, intelligent EV charging, and a re-greened community park on surface. As HyperPark’s first commercial launch project spanning the full value chain, it is scheduled for completion by early 2027.

HyperPark Wins “Future Mobility” Award at AHK Innovation Night
HyperPark competed in the Innovation Night finals at the German Chamber of Commerce’s Sino-German Economic Conference in Beijing, after advancing through a six-month selection process from over one hundred startups. With a five-minute pitch showcasing its deep-shaft smart mobility infrastructure, HyperPark secured first place and was named winner in the “Future Mobility” category.
